ICUC develops software applications often working alongside other small organisations to deliver solutions for clients ranging from individuals to blue chip multi-nationals.

The bulk of our activity has been in the training field but we are now finding increased demand for our database applications which provide end user access to appropriate information.


ICUC provides management, analysis, design and development of information, e-Learning and other media learning products. Customers include, Unilever, Scottish Mutual Assurance, Prudential, Grant Thornton, Ashridge Management College, Henley - the Management College and American Appraisal.

ICUC also develops database driven client websites and provides upgrade paths for its website clients. It provides means by which clients can edit the content of their websites interactively, online and with negligible computer experience.

Colin Mansell, one of the UK’s longest-standing creators of e-learning systems and e-learning training solutions, formed ICUC LIMITED in 1988. Colin has 25 years experience in the training industry.

Initially involved in pioneering work investigating Prestel Teletext as a learning medium and then in the ground-breaking mainframe-based learning management and authoring systems at Control Data PLATO, Colin has continued to create innovative solutions for a wide range of organisations in just about every industry sector.
